We are happy to announce that for all current RAY·DANZ owners a software update is available via Wi-Fi that will update your product to include Chromecast built-in, Works with Hey Google and Works with Apple AirPlay as well as include several bug-fixes and improvements.To receive the update, please follow these instructions to connect your product to Wi-Fi:
1. If you found this sticker on your RAY·DANZ packaging:
Follow these instructions and the product will automatically update itself upon next use.
2. If your RAY·DANZ did not have this sticker and did not have these logos on the packaging (Chromecast built-in, Works with Hey Google and Works with Apple AirPlay). Follow these instructions and the product will automatically update itself upon next use.
3.For RAY·DANZ products with the logos on the packaging. Simply turn on the sound bar and open the Apple Home or Google Home app on your mobile device and select to add an accessory or device to your home. TCL RAY·DANZ will automatically appear, just follow next the steps as suggested.
